Ingredients
1 can Swanson® Premium White Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup Prego® Traditional No Sugar Added Italian Sauce
Directions

1. Heat to oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chicken on the baking sheet and break it into smaller pieces with a fork.

 

2. Bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is dried out. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Remove the parchment with the chicken from the baking sheet and place a new piece of parchment on the baking sheet.

 

3. Mix the chicken, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, the Parmesan cheese and egg in a bowl. Place the chicken mixture onto the baking sheet and press into a 10-inch circle.

 

4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned. Spread the sauce over the crust and top with the remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese.

 

5. Bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
